JL Audio..is it one of the better ones out there??

Has anyone hear tried or heard of JL Audio (not JBL)? I know they make really good car audio speakers, and their subs are especially good. I found out they also make home audio stuff and was wondering if they were decent at that too. Any insight or comments would be much appreciated.
