Tommy SACD Multichannel problem

I have an Onkyo 770 with Sony 875 DVD/SACD player. All the cabling & wiring is correct. However, when i play Tommy in SACD Multichannel there are no vocals! In stereo they are ok. Other SACDs work fine. What could possibly cause this? Also, when the disc starts the player is making a loud humming noise which goes away by the second song. No other discs do this. Is there some problem with this particular disc?? Thanks!
