For example what is considered mid-range, vocals? guitar? drums? what has higher frequencies? symbols? etc...any input would be helpful, and i would imagine that i am not the only one that is interested in knowing this. Thanks for any input |

Silver Member Username: Ca_convertCardiffUK Post Number: 113 Registered: Jan-05 | Remember, the the limits of a 30 yr old adult are probably circa 30Hz up to 18Khz, or even less; which is roughly 9-10 octaves at best. The other thing to bear in mind is that instrumenst produce harmonics, which make up the timbre of each instrument. These harmonics are likely to extend several octaves above the root note being played. |
