Looking to run audio to the patio, master, and garage/game-room through a speaker selector (music only). I have seen some that say 100 watt RMS and others higher. Going to try to run a Sony DA5ES receiver to the selector. Does a speaker selector change, add to-take away from, the sound? Looking for any comments or suggestions on this. Also, will 16 gauge wire work for the rear channels (6.1) on surround with 8 in. in-ceiling speakers from the same receiver? 40 ft run absolute max. I'd appreciate the help. Thanks |
