No difference worth mentioning. "B" stock is often from display items used at shows and may contain items that have been returned to the factory. Refurbished can mean items that have been repaired somewhere other that the factory. Both "B" stock and refurbished items often contain product that was returned for reasons unrelated to operational problems occurring in the unit. Returns due to operator error, customer changed their mind and no problem found, or cosmetic damage are often the mainstay of both categories.

"B" stock is units that do not meet the look and finish of a final product is maybe and is usually very slight. Refurbished is a unit that was sent back for credit or from shows. It is not a NEW unit but "B" stock is.
