Anyone out there own a yamaha rxv 3300? How would it compare to the Rxv 2400. Thanks

Rosie i tried both the 3300 and the 2400. they are both great receivers. but IMHO i would opt for the 2400. since they install the thx, some of the brightness has gone away!!

I haven't compared the two but that shouldn't be the case as THX is a certification and really wasn't put on Yamahas to alter the sound. From what I have heard from others the rx-v3300 is also less bright than prior Yamahas, same as the 2400 but with stronger amps.
