Well it finally came and I am very excited, the only problem is that I cannot seem to get OSD to work. I have my SAT Svideo cable going to the SAT Svideo input and I have the Svideo Monitor (tried 1 & 2) going to the TV and yet while I get some things on screen like SAT (telling me the connection), the entire system setup does not seem to display. Maybe I am missing something, but so far no luck.
Keep us posted on your experiences with this monster please, at least for awhile. Some of us poor folk have to live through you as we can't afford to spend that much on a receiver. [actually I can but my room is to small to justify it]. I would like to know what speakers you are using with the 59 and your impressions after a bit of time with it. Thanks.
