Am especially concerned since I got offered some unbelievable prices by a local shop (authorized Marantz dealer) for a SR5400 demo at $379 and an SR6400 demo at $479. Will be going there on Sunday to audition them with my speakers in hand, needless to say will be giving it an extra-thorough examination and insist on getting a printed receipt with return policy clearly stated! Has anyone else on this forum recently experienced the kinds of problems that the AVS thread describes with their Marantz x400 series? |
