Anonymous	Posted on Tuesday, December 07, 2004 - 01:19 GMT My 2 year old HK DVD25 skips when playing CD's. You can play a DVD movie with no issue. The only issue is with MP3 cds or purchased CDS. If you take the same cd and play it in a different player no issues I contact HK they sent the email address of a repair tech that wants $50 and hour to look at . Please help. Any information would be appericate. I also took it apart to clean it out and no dust. Still the same issue
cman Unregistered guest	Posted on Tuesday, December 07, 2004 - 15:48 GMT Talked with HK service they stated that CD and dvd track different and that this would be a tracking issue. Anybody have any ideas on how to get this resolved?

Mine only skips with cdr's, but boy is it annoying. According to all the literature from HK, cdr's and regular cd's should play fine. I'll be switching to a seperate cd player again (probably Rotel).
