Rotel RSX-1056 ?

I have learned a lot just hang'n around and read'n. Anyway I was about ready to pull the trigger and purchase a Pioneer Elite 54 when I came across the Rotel RSX-1056. I have not read anything about this model or manufacture - anybody got any info? Thanks.
