Subwoofer Setup Question HSU/NAD/B&W - Home Theater is now complete

I just purchased a new subwoofer (the HSU STF-2) which completes my HT. The equipment I have is:

NAD T742
B&W DM 601 S3
B&W DM 603 S3
B&W LCR6 S2
HSU STF-2
Phillips SACD 1000

I am currently running the subwoofer via the subwoofer out on the NAD. My question is how should I best set up the amp and subwoofer. Currently all speakers are set to Large on the amp, and the subwoofer crossover is off at the HSU.

Any thoughts
