NAD questions

Anonymous	Posted on Wednesday, October 13, 2004 - 11:19 GMT can the nad 5.1 be up graded to a 7.1 if i add a power amp. also can the power amp be of any brand. will there be any sound difference if a different brand is used. looking forward for an answer. thankyou

The T752, T753 and up can, T742, T743 cant. "can the power amp be of any brand." Yes. "will there be any sound difference if a different brand is used." Yes. Power amps do sound different, but you can find models from other manufacturers that will be close enough to the NAD sound.
