Help my to decide Atoll in100 vs. NAD c370

I've got a really good deal on an Atoll in100 integrated Amp and a matching cd player (cd100).... Dont know anything about Atoll - does anybody know if it's good stuff..... Alternative im looking to buy NAD c370..... Any advise!!! Wich one should I go fore???

Both are wonderful. The Atoll is not as powerful and has a flatter sound whereas the NAD is warmer. This will be hard if you cannot listen first.
