I just bought some Bose 201 speakers as my main ( couldn't afford the 301's) I was going to buy the Bose VCS-10 center channel but didn't like the sound. I did the the pioneer SHO53K center channel, and it is 100 dollars cheaper, but I don't want to get it if this voice match thing is truely important. Can I get some help.

The most important thing is: you must like it. I don't know the VCS-10 and it's components. Since you didn't like the sound of the center, and I expect that you do like the sound of the Bose 201's, my guess is that these are not the same components... in that case you'd better ask your supplier if you may borrow one of both to find out which one apeals to you...
If I'm not mistaken, the 201 is a small speaker, maybe you can use a third one as your center speaker, for sure it has the same components and sound!
