Gold Member Username: BonhamdPost Number: 1096 Registered: Nov-07 | it can take 2500 rms all day - Polo said it could take that and then some i never had a chance to put that kind of power on it. the kx1200.1 wouldnt work very well with it because it does 1200 into 1 ohm you can only wire this sub to .5 or 2 ohms i only put 1000 rms on it and i liked it i thought it had good ouput for the amount of power i had on it |

I had a SS 6500 on it (crap amp) didn't produce the power I wanted, that is what is on it during above movie. I had a DD Z1a on it, on 16Va nd that was an obscene amount of power but I ran it at 2ohm didn't want to pop the sub. I also ran it on a IA 40.1 on 16V but again on 2ohms. I have had that sub in several enclosures and never had a problem with it, could never get it to bottom out lol. Polo.. |
