It can be purchased from http://www.mdcustomz.com/gtx2-specia.html This is a great price for an enclosure of this caliber. This enclosure was used as a display model. This means that it was not used with any subwoofers. It is made out of 3/4" MDF which means it will sound good. It was then covered with fiberglass to give it the unique design. The enlosure was custom painted by an outside shop. We did everything we could to ensure that not only does this enclosure look good but it sounds good as well. This is a fully functional subwoofer enclosure. No performance was lost by making this enclosure look good. - 3/4" MDF material used - 1.5 - 1.6 cubic foot volume (per chamber) - 10 7/8" cut-out for subs (Fits most 12" subs) - Double thick front baffle (1.5" front baffle) - Dual Voice Coil Speaker Terminals - Airtight interior for MAX performance - Special octagon shaped interior to maximize the interior volume. - Dimensions (W x H x L): 36" x 15" x 22" This enclosure has a special $150.00 dollar paint job. The color is a metallic titanium that is amazing. The paint is in great condition with the exception of a few small scratches. It has a couple of larger scratches on the bottom (can't be seen when set in place). We have more pictures and information available. E-mail us at sales@MDCustomz.com |

Most show enclosures are made with only a base made out of MDF and the rest made out of fiberglass. They usually don't sound as good because they are focused only for looks. With this enclosure we made sure to focus on both the sound and look. Obviously there is more to the sound then the enclosure. However, 1 1/4" would sound better due to less flex in material. |
