FS: (2) arsenal 12's (w/Fi dust caps)

New member Username: XlubenMinneapolis, MN USA Post Number: 1 Registered: Feb-07 | Due to car problems and repair costs, I think I have to take a break from car audio  So now I'm seriously looking to sell these things, even though I'd much rather keep them :crap: AA Arsenals: [url]http://www.ascendantaudio.com/arsenal12specs.html[/url] w/ Fi dust caps: (lots of pics throughout the thread) [url]http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=194887[/url] and a vid of them in action: [url]http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=203265[/url] BUT, one of the dust caps blew off during use. It tore some of the coated paper off of the cone. I have reinstalled the cap and it's working fine. I am very confident that both of the caps are on very solidly (and the Fi caps are much stronger than the normal AA ones). I will try and have pics up later tomorrow. New member Username: XlubenMinneapolis, MN USA Post Number: 3 Registered: Feb-07 | thanks for crapping my thread. i hope there are rules against such actions, and that the mods will delete/edit that post. and to clarify, all of AA's prices are BEFORE shipping, so i don't know what you're talking about. and at this price i think it is a great value for what you get. there is no way a sub in the $100 range can compete with these. also, AA's new lineup is definitely going to be more expensive, possibly a lot more. upgraded subs as well as the fact that they're now selling via distributors means their prices will go up substantially. just allowing for a dealer profit margin means prices will go up 20-40%, and i know that the "upgrades" will not come for free either. |
