I have visited numerous forums with this issue and tried all their suggestions but none has worked. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I have tried the following possibilities; 1.) I have replaced My RAM stick. 2.) I do not use any external graphic card so i didn't have to unplug any from the mother board. 3.) I have removed all extension cards from their slots. 4.) I have tried with a different Hard Disk. 5.) I have replaced My CD-Rom. 6.) I have tried restoring the machine to default settings by removing the CMOS Battery from the motherboard for over one hour. 7.) I have even tried with a different processor of the same family. I have tried all these and none of them has worked. The error code still persists. The Hard disk, the RAM and the CD-Drive are all being recognized but the computer won't let me format it because of the above error code. This problem came about last week when I was repairing my OS. Can anyone suggest something? My motherboard is Compaq and I was using XP SP2 OS. Thank you in advance. |
