Then from there it would pass through an http proxy software on your pc and on to it's destination, the internet. Something like freeproxy or tor would work as the software. Esentially if you have no idea how to setup a proxy other than a browser proxy you have alot of reading ahead of you lol It's better done with an internal router opposed to an external one since configuring the interal is pretty simple if you know the commands. Either way as I say, you need to hit google and start doing some reading. I have a linksys wrt54g pc is dell with centrino duo and wireless card running vista all ready have proxy software on pc. well i have done some googleing and wonder if i am on the right track here. here is a link of where i think i need start to do some of what i need to do.? http://portforward.com/networking/static-xp.htm am i correct???? this is a very large topic on google that goes every witch way so it's hard to know what's what when you don't know nothing to start with any help will be appreciated ............ post your link's and comments here >>>> ![]() |
