Do you have a DVD burner ?? if so it should have come with some sort of software that will allow you to copy it onto it. Let me know what kinnd of burner you have and what kind of software came with it, can help you more from there.
R= recordable you can only use the disk once or add files to it untell full you cannot remove files from a r-dvd or r-cd RW re recordable meaning you can erase the disk and record on it again or record over another recording or delete files and so forth.
So basicily I tell clients if you need a disk to reuse several times buy the rw's if you want to burn a movie and keep it buy yhe MUCH cheaper R's.....DVD shrink a free program ( google it ) is a easy way to get around the copy right stuff for backup's.....then burn with your .roxio dvd builder hope that helped ya some
