You're probably looking for a laptop with a 'full-sized' keyboard. They usually have it listed as a feature. Best thing to do is go to a store that sells laptops and try them out
Personally, I find the Toshiba keyboards to be big and ergonomic. Sony's are almost always too small, as well as compaq. HP has a few models that have bigger keyboards, but they're all the 17" screen size models and you're sacrificing build quality just for the keyboard.
