Bronze Member Username: Dmg025Post Number: 17 Registered: Jan-06 | Within the last week my computer has gone to all hell...My itunes won't open, my mozilla will not load any webpages, and when i shutdown my computer it often just closes everythign and doesn't shut down. I am not sure if there was just as update to the windows service pack two, but if there was maybe that was the problem. I think all of these problems might be related. And by the way, i can't unistall mozilla because it keeps saying that the program is running even though i have tried ending hte process/process tree in the task manager |

Download and run adaware, scan with http://housecall.trendmicro.com and see if it helps. If it doesn't, I would suggest taking your computer in to a repair center to be cleaned of viruses, or more simply, just reformat it. |
