Is it possible to use computer subwoofer in the car ?

i want to know is it possible to use computer subwoofer in the car. since i dont want extremely loud sound, all i need is nice bass. how hard is to hook up something like logitech z2300.

home subs work off of 220 or 120v cant run them off 12v unless you use a transformer to step up the voltage.

and even if you got a transformer you need a dc to ac power converter aswell
