Anonymous | I also have this model installed in my computer and it works great. Have you installed the Sonic MyDVD software? Without it your computer can only use the drive as a CDROM (read CDs only). Also, does your computer meet the minimum requirements? Here is a great link from a reviewer at epinions.com.
