Anonymous | so it doesn't short and u can protect your amp fuses. if some metal touches your power cable( if it slices it somehow) it will short. |
Silver Member Username: Joe718Brooklyn, NY Post Number: 114 Registered: May-04 | in line fuses are just for extra protection againts shorts and they are good againts any type of spikes because you are regulating the amout of current flow from your battery to your amps. Some amp brands like the older rockford fosgates needed inline fuses because they didint have any internal one built into them. |
