New member Username: GlasswolfPost Number: 18 Registered: 12-2003 | gains have no effect on an amplifier's power output, contrary to popular belief. the gains simply match the line voltage to the input voltage for the amplifier. never use gains as a volume or "power" control. set them properly the first time. as for 130 watt speakers on a 150W amp, that should be fine. it's close enough to spec. If anyone wants links to sites regarding how to adjust amp gains, let me know. |
