Posted on no. 12.5v is when the car is off. about 13.7-14 is your car at idle i believe. and 14.4v should be anything about 1k rpm. |

Posted on companies rate amps at 13.8 or 14.4 to make them look more powerful than amprs rated at 12.5 ofocurse, those who get involved in car audio know theres a big difference, about 25% more power at 14.4v than at 12.5v |
