How do I hook up my playstation 2 to my notebook???

I plugged my PS2 into my notebook computer with USB cable but my computer keeps asking me for software to set it up. Window's XP. How do I play games with my PS2 thruough my notebook?

I heard it is possible u just need to either make a few programs of find them on a p2p filesharer like KaZaa
it's not possible to do it through usb. the usb ports on both your computer and xbox are input only. the only way to hook your ps2 to your notebook is if your notebook has video input.
