Do u put foam insulation or equivelent on the inside of your sub box? lining the walls?

Ive always heard to use polyfill.

I always line the walls of boxes I use with polyfill (pillow stuffing, same stuff, much cheaper to get pillow stuffing @ Walmart). It helps dampen resonance in the enclosure.
