I was lookin at these on ebay and heard that Focals are pretty good speakers. I was wondering if you could help me out and tell me if these would be good for my 95 Ford Taurus. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=32819&item=5714566140&rd= 1 Now, if i buy these, i think my rear speakers (6x8) are blown. What would be some good spekers for the back? Also, do i need an amplifier?

Don't worry about rear speakers, you don't need them. Those Focals are pretty good, but I'd look for a pair of Infinity Kappa Perfects for the price range, you can find them around the same price on Ebay and they're a better set of components.

Yeah, those components are good, also look at the Kappa Perfects. I meant to totally disconnect the rear speakers, you won't miss them. Oval speakers have increased distortion, uneven stress points, cone flex issues, etc. that degrades the sound quality. Rear speakers are also unnecessary. When is the last time you went to a concert with the music coming from behind you? Some people use midbasses as rear fill, I'd recommend 5.25 or 6.5" midbasses for the rear if anything, but they're not needed, as the front speakers will reflect off the rear of the car as it is. Rear speakers will pull the front soundstage to the back, meaning for you that the clarity and imaging of the music won't be what it could be without rear speakers.
