I was wondering how important it is to install dynamat or noise dampening material and since i have a reg. cab truck, where would be the best locations to put it? i was thinking maybe the doors and possibly behind my seat when the box is going to go. any information on how well this stuff works would be greatly appreciated, i know you wont let me down! -ryan |

Dynamat is god for keeping the road noise out and and the music in. It makes for a much better listening environment where you dont have to turn the stereo way up to acheieve the same sound as prior to dynamating. I know when i get my speakers Ill be dynamating my entire car with atleast one layer. |

Remember that if the music is 3 db louder from sound deadening, it is equivalent to having twice the amplifier power. |
