Ok Im working with...
(1)JL Audio 500/1 Amp, works @ 1.5ohm and 4ohm
(1)RE SE 12" Subwoofer, Dual 4Ohm Voice Coils
well shoul I do this...
Wire every +VC to its own +Channel
and every -VC to its own -Channel
Well, would that make a 4Ohm load? or should I wire it differently?

if you need a look at the amp here's a link... http://jlaudio.com/amps/pdfs/500_1.pdf

You can't get a 4 ohm load with 1 dual 4 ohm sub.
You can get half(2ohm), or double(8ohm).

i think i sorta answered your question b4. all you have to do is wire your voice coils in parallel. that will give you a 2 ohm load, and wire it to one of the outputs on the amp.
