Make sure you are quoting the correct Serial Number. This means the radio will have to be removed from the dashboard in order to quote the Serial Number printed on the label on the metal casing.

Now I'm checking the radio only connecting 2 wires (+12V, GND)... Maybe other wires also need to be connected...? Thanks again
