I just installed a Jensen VX7020 and am ripping my CD collection to flac using EAC. I noticed that I was not getting album art and also that the artist, album and song name scroll across the top of the screen, but the large main song section of the screen only displays the song name and shows artist and album as unknown. Curiously the song title does not always change to the next song - it remain on the previous song and then change on the second song.
I went back and redid tags using picard and am having the same problem. I had added the album cover to each tag and will update the drive and add the art to each album folder tonight.
Are there any documents that provide specifications for what album art can be used and also which flac or id3 tags are used as well as how they map to the various fields of the screen? Thanks,
