Saturday, August 10, 2019 - 20:01 GMT As it is not in the car , have you got both 12v supplies (the permanent 12v and the Ignition Switch 12v)connected to your radio ? Otherwise if your radio is taking longer than 1 hour to reset when switched on ( as suggested previously) then it may have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to be reset
