My rear speakers don't work but I've had them working before. I have tried every logical combination of connecting the wires to the head unit rear.
I don't know much about wiring but I know that the wires are connected properly to the rear speakers.
The only thing I can get to happen is to make the rear left speaker wobble if I wire the left black (white lined) wire up with the (black lined) green wire and then touch the remaining rear left black wire with any metal surface and then the rear left speaker will wobble and hiss.
The rear right speaker remains totally unresponsive no matter what I connect up.
And yet the front right, left and subwoofer are all working just fine.
Can anyone here offer any pointers or suggest what I can do to diagnose this? I would prefer not to have to swap any speakers around but I'm open to suggestions - Thanks.
