Hey, I just bought the American Audio 18B subwoofer ( http://www.americandj.eu/en/sense-18b-subwoofer.html) which is rated:
600W continuous 1200W program 2400W peak Recommended input power: 400-800 W @ 8Ohm
I'm pretty new to all this, and looking for a low-budget ( around $200) , energy-efficient amp that could power this sub. Preferably a 2-channel bridgeable one as they are more energy-efficient ( or so I've heard). I get that expensive amps are way better, but I just want something that gives me enough power to power the sub. Any help would be appreciated.
I currently have the kicker ZX2500.1 mono amp I'm looking to run 6 L7s, 4 new 2015 style and 2 2011 style. Does anyone know if this amp can handle all 6 subs they are all 12s. Also do you recommend 0 gauge wiring kit and capacitors. If so how big? I have a 30amp capacitor now should upgrade? }
