Ok so I just got an autotek ata800.2 amp bridged to a single boss cxx12 sub, worked great a few days and now I'm not sure if I've fried the amp or sub, sub rms 500/1000 max SVC 4ohms, amp 800w×1 @4ohms, 400w×2 @2ohms,200w×2 @4ohms, amp was getting extremely hot but it wasn't cutting out or going into protection mode and I didn't blow the fuse on amp or from power cable, my ground could've been cleaner, and I did have my volts on amp up all the way for rca (2v rca from radio), after reading and doing some math before I ordered everything, my sub can handle up to 750w and amp lowest at 600w so any suggestions will be helpful, thanks.
