Yo looking for a new amp for two 12" kicker L5 solos

i was looking on ebay and i found this cuspid amp that ran 400x2 rms anyone know if those are good ive heard good and not good i need help

I wouldnt trust a cuspid amp with kickers, go with something solid, like a fosgate 800a2 or bd 1000.
