Bazooka Amp Turns On But Doesnt Power Subs

I have a 300 watt bazooka amp. It turns on but it doesn't want to power the subs. im not sure if this is how some amps are but when it was cold out it never seemed to work but when its warm out it worked but now it doesnt want to do anything

That amp is done, at least if you know that the signal coming in is good.
