Platinum Member Username: GlasswolfColumbia, South Carolina America Post Number: 14714 Registered: Dec-03 | alpine type R coaxials, and get a 50W x 4 channel @ 4 ohm amplifier for them. you ahve front 4x6", but I'd go with 5.25" or 6.5" and just cut the sheet metal in the door a big larger to hold them. leave the factory grilles in place. 6x9 in back is fine. also set the amp's high-pass filter at 120Hz for the fronts, and 80Hz for the 6x9s. This will stop them from bottoming out and distorting. If you want "bass" you need to look into getting subs. |
