Gold Member Username: Joe1234Post Number: 1272 Registered: May-09 | Besides your original question VS12L72 is hell expensive, the TS8512 is ok but there are better for the price. One thing you must be clear that poor electrical connections,wiring or battery/alternator in bad shape sometimes can cause a sub to blow, if your are experiencing ligths dimming or distorted sound sometimes the sub can blow even if it can take the amplifier's rated power. |

Gold Member Username: Joe1234Post Number: 1274 Registered: May-09 | Just check your electrical and the wiring to the amp, you should have like 2AWG or 4AWG OFC cable running to the amp, redo all connections. The L7 suspension cracks overtime but it will last a couple of years if new. |
