The radio has to be removed from the dashboard
Then quote the 14 character SERIAL NUMBER beginning with RN* * * * * * * * * * * * found stamped in the metal casing.
Also quote the SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode
If in doubt post ALL the letters+numbers on any labels or barcodes

hola gente ,gracias por la respuesta el codigo era ese kilolima ,anda perfecto el estereo ,les cuento q tengo otro estereo q llego a mi taller,yo TRABAJO EN audio car y el cliente tiene un renault senic modelo 99 el estereo es philips modelo DC 932 serial 96084477 ref A4934 part T93237011126 PART 7702229812 SUPLIER 08685 PRD 170115 LO SACO DE LA AGENCIA , PERO NO LE DIERON EL CODIGO,CAMBIO LA BATERIA Y AHORA NO LO le ANDAR Y NO LO QUIERE CAMBIAR por que NO QUIERE PERDER EL CONTROL SATELITAL DE VOLANTE.DESDE YA AGREDESCO SU AYUDA Y ESPERO SU RESPUESTA GRACIAS
