Then post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels,barcodes or stamped in the metal casing. This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated

If they cannot help then you will have to contact the Mercedes dealer or if you are in Australia , the Eurovox distributor www.eurovox.com.au/services.html who offers codes for a fee
