| I'm having the same problem. Recently my magic flap just stopped opening. However mine doesn't even make a noise it just doesn't open, but the radio is still on. Unfortunately I can't change anything. If anyone has a solution please email me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! mfrattini@alum.rpi.edu |

Sunay | Mine stopped opening so I started tapping on it and it opens now and then but its very annoying cause it gets stuck more and more often. Its past its warranty so I'm looking for a way to open it and keep it open. Does anyone know how to rig it so that it stays open all the time? Thanks, -Sunay |

Brad | To keep it open all the time you could simply disconnect the red wire. The problem with that is you have to turn the radio off with the power button when you are getting out and turn it back on when you get in. Otherwise it will stay on whether the ignition is on or off. Hope that helps. |
