After disconnecting the battery I attempted to enter the code supplied by the main dealer with the car but it was not accepted. I have removed the radio from the car and it has an additional sticker on it that says Exchange Part XQD000230PMA so it was not the radio originally fitted. The other sticker has barcode *4765J0035015507* Typ: Traffic Pro Model No: BE4765 Serial No : 35015507 12 Volt EC109 XQD 000230 PMA Date of manufacture 44/03 Accession No of Product 9110580 E1 021473. The serial number is T00AM2594E0013, model number is P05091522AA. I'v e been told it was made by Mitsubishi. On the top, in permanent marker, someone has written "NAV:0322 A-010: Audio: REE_DV2_1209" I assume 1209 is the code I need to enter. Problem is, the only number keys I have access to are on the face of the unit and they are 1-6, and they show an asterisk on the face of the unit so I’m not sure if I’m entering the right numbers. How do I get the numbers above 6? How many tries do I get to enter the right code? I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks, |

The normal instructions for other Chrysler radios are direct entry. What happens if you press Preset Button 1 seven times ? Does it display 7 or 1 or error? |

The radio came out of my friends car and he said it has not been recorded. It has however been left sitting for a few years without any power. Maybe this has affected the code... It looks like a new radio maybe, theres no decoding service round here im on an island.... thanks |
