I really don't want to pay full retail for it so I was searching around the internet for any deals. If he doesnt ship the amp just open a claim with Paypal.

I'm not sure what changes were made for the M1C, but as for the M1B, it's a very solid amp. I'm sure you won't be disappointed with the purchase.
