i have 3 kappa perfect 12's designed for 1.00 cubic feet per chamber.....my box is .88 ... Would polyfill help? and define it for me since im new k? k.
Basically what polyfill does is slow down the sound waves to give you a deeper bass. Ive tried it before but it didnt really do me any good. Its suppose to trick the sub into thinking its in a bigger box then it really is by what I said above slowing down the sound waves. With that little of a difference I dont by adding polyfill it will do you any good. Its really cheap at walmart less then 5.00 for a pound. If you wanted to you could give it a try thats the only real way to see if it works. Try it and see if you like it. If you do then great if not then it wasnt a big waste of money. For every cubic foot increase you want 1 lbs of polyfill is required.
