2 12" type r's need amp!

Michael New member Username: Mrlee75 Post Number: 1 Registered: Jul-04	Posted on Thursday, July 15, 2004 - 18:52 GMT I have 2 12" alpine type R's and I was wondering what amp I should get. I want something that will power the two and get them to hit hard.I ws thinking maybe the jl audio 800/1, alpine m1001, or the suggested alpine md501. Are there any other amps that I should consider? Also are the type R's a good sub?
