I was wondering some opinions of what type of amp I should push them with. I had an Alpine MRP-1000 in idea for $275. Any opinions would be appreciated, say what you want to say. Thanks for anyone that can help. |

If so, you are going to be looking for an amplifier that can do the following: 1. 800 Watts RMS at 0.5 Ohms (Parallel) 2. 800 Watts RMS at 2 Ohms (Parallel/Series) 3. 800 Watts RMS at 8 Ohms (Series) The most logical answer in this list is option #2. Below are a few examples of amplifiers that you can look into: Kicker ZX750.1 (underrated): http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_21956_Kicker-ZX750.1-10ZX750.1.html Hifonics HFi1500D (overrated): http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_22707_Hifonics-HFi1500D.html MTX RFL1200D: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_30649_MTX-RFL1200D.html#tabs Audioque AQ1200D: http://www.audioque.com/AQ1200D-Amplifier_p_30.html |
